Who we treat

We generally work with clients ages 12 and older but may see some younger clients on a case-by-case basis. Regardless of race, religion, gender, age, or culture, we seek to provide a safe space that encourages open communication, healing, and positive change.

What we treat

The mind, body, and spirit are part of the whole and changes in one, inevitably lead to changes in the others. We all experience challenges in life and most of us will struggle with anxiety, grief, sadness, changes in our health, or conflicts in our relationships. We are here to help you find the coping techniques that work best for you.

How we treat

We begin with an assessment of the client's current level of functioning, goals for treatment, current support system, and personal strengths. Together, we develop a plan of care to improve functioning and reach those goals.
